هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين المرونة التكيفية والشعور بالأمل لدى طلاب الجامعة المصابين بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية في الجهاز الهضمي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) طالبا وطالبة بالكليات العلمية بجامعة الزقازيق وكانت أعمارهم تتراوح بين (18-23 سنة)، متوسط العمر (20.32-21.5) سنة، وانحراف المعياري (1.39) سنة، حيث حصلوا على درجات مرتفعة في مقياس الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية. استخدمت الباحثة مقياس المرونة التكيفية (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس دعاء مسموع أبو طالب لشعور بالأمل (2013)، مقياس تشخيصي الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية في الجهاز الهضمي، إضافة استمارة بيانات أولية. أظهرت نتائج البحث الآتي: 1) أن هناك علاقة سلبية بين المرونة التكيفية وبعض أبعاد الأمل لدى طلاب الجامعة المصابين الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية في الجهاز الهضمي. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجة الذكور والإناث على مقياس المرونة التكيفية. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس المرونة والأبعاد الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الأمل ترجع إلى الكلية المنتمي لها طلاب. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجة الذكور والإناث على مقياس الأمل. The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between adaptive resilience and a sense of hope in university students with celiac disorders. The sample consisted of 70 students at the scientific faculties of Zagazig University and were between the ages of 18 and 23. The average age is (21.5) years and the deviation of the standard (1.39) years where they obtained high scores in the scale of psychosomatic disorders and the researcher used the measure of adaptive resilience preparation of the researcher Doaa Abu Taleb measure for a sense of hope (2013) diagnostic measure of psychosomatic disorders in the gastrointestinal tract, adding a preliminary data form, the results of the research showed that there a negative relationship between adaptive flexibility and some hope among university students. In total, the hope scale is due to the college to which students belong, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average degree and the females on the hope scale.
