هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى اتجاهات القيادات التربوية نحو البحوث التربوية والنفسية، وكذلك الفروق بين القيادات التربوية في اتجاههم نحو البحوث التربوية والنفسية وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، والنوع، أجرى البحث على (113) من القيادات التربوية بالمدارس بالتعليم العام، طبق عليهم مقياس اتجاهات القيادات التربوية نحو إجراء البحوث التربوية والنفسية من إعداد الباحثة، وباستخدام الانحرافات المعيارية والمتوسطات الحسابية واختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين. أوضحت النتائج أن مستوى اتجاه القيادات التربوية نحو البحوث التربوية والنفسية متوسط، كما أوضحت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق بين القيادات التربوية في اتجاههم نحو البحوث التربوية والنفسية وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي بينما وجدت فروق وفق متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح أكثر من 25 عام، ووفق متغير النوع لصالح الذكور. The research aimed to identify the level of educational leadership attitudes towards educational and psychological research, and also the differences between educational leaders in their attitude towards educational and psychological research in the variables educational qualification, number of years' experience, and type, the research applied at (113) of educational leaders in schools that are general blind, the scale of the educational leaders attitudes prepared by researcher was applied, the results showed that the level of educational leaders attitude was average, and also it showed that there are no differences between educational leaders attitudes towards educational and psychological research depending on the variable educational qualification, on the other hand, there were differences between educational leaders attitudes towards educational and psychological research depending on the variable number of years' experience for more than 25 years, and by variable type for men.
