تنتشر مظاهر غياب وعي الضمير الجماعي وثقافة المشاركة الجماعية مع مظاهر التنمر من طرف الطلبة والعمال وحتى مع بعض الأساتذة والتعصب، إضافة إلى اللامبالاة لقرارت البيداغوجية والادارية لقيادة القسم أمام عدم تنمية التقدير الذاتي، مقابل انعدام الثقة المنظمية والتقاعس العمدي، وسلوك الانسحاب التي تتمظهر في الاستقالة من الحياة اليومية الجامعية مثل الانسحاب من تأطير الامتحانات، الانسحاب من الاجتماعات والمداولات، وعدم الاكتراث بقضايا واهتمامات القسم، عدم الالتزام بمواعيد التدريس؛ تُعبر هذه المفاهيم عن مختلف السلوكات والتصرفات السلبية التي يحملها الأستاذ الجامعي، والتي تبلورت كدلالات واقعية ناتجة كرد فعل لما يعايشه الأستاذ داخل هذا النسق، وهي منطلقات لثقافة غياب الممارسات القيادية الداعمة والفاعلة داخل البيئة الجامعية، مما يجعلها ضمن خانة الوسط الجامعي الذي يتضمن مواقف غير سوية وهذا ما ينعكس بدوره على أداء الفاعل الاجتماعي (الأستاذ) الأكاديمي و البيداغوجي وعلى جودة الحياة الوظيفية داخل النسق الجامعي. إن تحقيق جودة الحياة الجامعية هي مسؤولية مشتركة، مع وجوب التكامل بين ممارسي القيادة الداعمة والمهمة داخل الإدارة الجامعية وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية الفعالة والمؤطرة الخاضعة للقرارات أصحاب السلطة وقدرة القائد على بلورة الرؤية الواضحة للأساتذة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية ودفعهم لتحقيقها عبر إدراك أدوارهم. في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف والوصول بالتعليم الجامعي إلى مستويات راقية. مع ضرورة تثمين وتعزيز الآليات والسياسات التي تساهم في تحقيق العمل الإيجابي عن طريق تعزيز الممارسا التلاؤمية والعمل على تقدير الذات وغرس وتشيع حيوية الضمير.
