هدفت الدراسة لبيان دور الإدارة التشاركية في تفعيل التمكين الإداري لمساعدي مديري المدارس الثانوية في إمارة الشارقة، بالإضافة لمعرفة أثر كل من الجنس، الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي على وجهات نظر مساعدي مديري المدارس الثانوية في التمكين الإداري. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (40) مساعد مدير، وذلك وفقا لإحصائية وزارة التربية والتعليم للعام الدراسي (2017-2018)، شاملة جميع مجتمع الدراسة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير أداة الدراسة المكونة من (20) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة. توصلت الدراسة إلى بيان دور الإدارة التشاركية في تفعيل للتمكين الإداري لمساعدي مديري المدارس الثانوية في إمارة الشارقة، وجاءت الفقرات بمستوى متوسط، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.77). وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في استجابات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة حول التمكين الإداري لمساعدي مديري المدارس الثانوية في إمارة الشارقة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة. وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات أهمها: تنقل صلاحيات مدير المدرسة لمساعده بشكل مباشر وتلقائي في حالة عدم تواجده. This study aimed to demonstrate the role of participatory management in activating the administrative empowerment of assistants of secondary school principals in the Emirate of Sharjah, in addition to knowing the effect of gender, experience, and academic qualification on the views of secondary school principals 'assistants in administrative empowerment. The study population consisted of (40) assistant directors, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education for the academic year 2017-2018, including all the study population, and to achieve the study objectives, the study tool consisting of (20) paragraphs was developed, and the validity and reliability of the tool was verified the study concluded with a statement of the role of participatory management in activating the administrative empowerment of assistants of secondary school principals in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the paragraphs came at a medium level, as the average reached (2.77). And that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05≥α) in the responses of the study community members about the administrative empowerment of secondary school principals in the Emirate of Sharjah due to the variables of gender, academic qualification and experience. The study came out with recommendations, the most important of which are: The powers of the school principal are transferred to assist him directly and automatically in the event that he is not present.
