هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج مساندة نفسية لتحقيق التكيف لأمهات أطفال طيف التوحد. حيث تم تصميم برنامج المساندة النفسية وإخراجه في صورته النهائية والمكون من (07) جلسات بمعدل ثلاث جلسات في الأسبوع. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم مجموعة واحدة باختبار قبلي و بعدي، وطبق البرنامج المقترح على ثلاث أمهات لديهن أطفال طيف التوحد وتعانين من درجة تكيف منخفضة وذلك حسب مقياس كارفر للتكيف مستخدمة في ذلك مجموعة من التقنيات المعرفية التي اعدت من أجل بناء البرنامج. واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية التالية للتحقق من الفرضية المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، الفروق (T-test) للعينة الواحدة. وتم التوصل الى ما يلي: يوجد فرق بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لمتغير التكيف يعود لجلسات برنامج المساندة النفسية المقترح لصالح القياس البعدي. The study aimed to construct a psychological support program based on Aaron Beck's cognitive theory to achieve adjustment for mothers of autistic children. After designing the proposed psychological support program and producing it in its final form, consisting of (07) sessions at a rate of three sessions per week, the researcher adopted the experimental approach in a case study manner, as well as the one-group design with a pre- and post-test, and in light of the foregoing. The researcher applied the proposed program Three mothers with children on the autism spectrum who suffer from a low degree of adaptation, according to the Carver scale of adaptation, used a set of cognitive techniques that were prepared in order to build the program.
