تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير الحجر الصحي خلال جائحة كورونا على التأهيل الأرطوفوني المتبع مع اطفال متلازمة داون بالأقسام المدمجة في المدارس التربوية لولاية مستغانم، لدى عينة تتكون من (10) حالات من الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة داون باختلاف الجنس، نوع الإعاقة والعمر الزمني، كما تظهر لديهم مشاكل معرفية، نفسية، اجتماعية وعدم التناسق الحسي الحركي وايضا اضطرابات لغوية. لكن مع ظهور جائحة كورونا في الاشهر الاخيرة وفرض للإجراءات الصارمة للحجر الصحي تم غلق جزئي للمدارس البيداغوجية والعيادات الارطوفونية والنفسية مما ادى الى الانتكاسات على المستوى اللغوي لدى بعض افراد هذه الفئة مما جعلنا نسلط الضوء عليها ونطرح بحث حولها. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وبالتحديد أسلوب المقارنة، وتم تطبيق على هذه الفئة مختلف التدريبات الفمية الوجهية، وتصحيح التنفس، التنطيق وتقديم العلاج المعرفي، وتطبيق تقنيات لتطوير المهارات الدقيقة لليد. ولقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير سلبي للحجر الصحي خلال جائحة كورونا على التأهيل الأرطوفوني مع اطفال متلازمة داون بالأقسام المدمجة في المدارس التربوية لولاية مستغانم. This study aims to identify the impact of quarantine during the Corona pandemic on Speech language pathology rehabilitation with children with Down syndrome in the integrated departments in the educational schools of the state of Mostaganem, a sample consisting of (10) cases of children with Down syndrome, according to gender, type of disability and chronological age, they also appear to have cognitive, psychological, social and motor sensory incoordination problems as well as language disorders. However, with the emergence of the Corona pandemic in recent months and the imposition of strict measures of quarantine, there was a partial closure of educational schools and Speech language pathology and psychological clinics, which led to setbacks at the linguistic level among some members of this group, which made us shed light on them and put forward research on them. In this study, the descriptive approach was relied upon, specifically the comparative method, and various oral-facial exercises, breathing correction, articulation and cognitive therapy were applied to this group, and techniques were applied to develop fine skills of the hand. The results of the study showed that there is a negative impact of quarantine during the Corona pandemic on Speech language pathology rehabilitation with children with Down syndrome in the integrated departments in the educational schools of the state of Mostaganem.
