هدفت الدّراسة إلى معرفة ايجابيات وسلبيات التفويج المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي، وكذلك الكشف عن الفروق في إيجابياته وسلبياته بدلالة الجنس، ومكان التدريس، تكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من (64) أستاذ، استخدم الباحثان استمارة من اعدادهما، ولتحليل البيانات تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستعمال برنامج (SPSS) توصلنا إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) مستوى ايجابيات وسلبيات التفويج المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي مرتفع، وبلغت الدرجة الكلية للآثار الإيجابية على عينة الدراسة (2.60) وهي تنحصر ضمن درجة تأثير كبيرة، بينما بلغت درجة المتوسط الحسابي للآثار السلبية (2.99) وهي تنحصر ضمن تقدير التأثير الكبير لنظام التفويج. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في سلبيات التفويج المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بدلالة جنس الأساتذة. 3) توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في سلبيات التفويج المدرسي من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بدلالة مكان التدريس لصالح الاساتذة الذين يدرسون في المدينة. The study aimed to determine the positive and negative aspects of class merging from the perspective of primary school teachers, as well as to identify differences in its positives and negatives based on gender and teaching location. The study sample consisted of 56 teachers, and a descriptive approach was used, along with a questionnaire to collect data. After statistical analysis using SPSS software, the following results were obtained: 1) The level of positives and negatives of class merging from the perspective of primary school teachers was found to be high. The overall score for positive effects on the study sample was 2.60, indicating a significant impact. The average score for negative effects was 2.99, falling within the range of a significant impact of the class merging system. 2) There were no statistically significant differences in the negatives of class merging based on the gender of the teachers. 3) There were statistically significant differences in the negatives of class merging based on the teaching location, favoring teachers who teach in urban areas.
