هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الناجح ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة جامعة الشرقية في سلطنة عمان. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (419) طالبا وطالبة من مختلف الكليات والسنوات الدراسية والمعدلات التراكمية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية العشوائية. بلغ متوسط أعمارهم (21.25) بانحراف معياري (3.44). أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الناجح، ودافعية الإنجاز كانت مرتفعة لدى طلبة جامعة الشرقية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الذكاء الناجح (التحليلي، والابداعي، والعملي) ودافعية الإنجاز. ساهمت أبعاد الذكاء الناجح في تفسير (46%) من التباين في دافعية الإنجاز. بحجم تأثير كبير. بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الذكاء الناجح تعزى للتخصص (علمي، إنساني)، ولصالح التخصص العلمي، وبحجم تأثير قليل. وكذلك عدم وجود فروق في دافعية الإنجاز تعزى للتخصص. وأخيرا، أشارت النتائج لوجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الذكاء الناجح ودافعية الإنجاز تعزى للمعدل التراكمي، ولصالح الطلبة من فئتي الممتاز وجيد جدا، بحجم تأثير قليل. وأخيرا أوصت الدراسة بتوفير برامج وأنشطة تعليمية لطلبة العلوم الإنسانية قائمة على مهارات الذكاء الناجح، لتعزيز القدرة على التحليل والابداع والتطبيق العملي. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between successful intelligence and achievement motivation among students of A'Sharqiyah University in the Sultanate of Oman. The descriptive correlational approach was used. The study sample consisted of (419) male and female students from different colleges, academic years, and cumulative grade points. They were selected using the random cluster method. Their average age was (21.25) with a standard deviation of (3.44). The results indicated that the level of successful intelligence and motivation achievement were high among students of A'Sharqiyah University. The results also indicated the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship between the dimensions of successful intelligence (analytical, creative, and practical) and achievement motivation. The dimensions of successful intelligence contributed to explaining (46%) of the variance in achievement motivation. With a large effect size. In addition, there were statistically significant differences in successful intelligence attributed to specialization (scientific, humanities), in favor of the scientific specialization, with a small effect size. There were also no differences in achievement motivation attributed to specialization. Finally, the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in successful intelligence and achievement motivation attributed to the cumulative average, in favor of students in the excellent and very good categories, with a small effect size. Finally, the study recommended providing educational programs and activities for humanities students based on successful intelligence skills, to enhance the ability to analyze, innovate, and apply practically.
