أكدت الدراسات الحديثة على دور وسائل الإعلام الجديد في التأثير على الأمن الفكري خاصة في عصر الاتصالات الرقمية، حيث يتعرض الفرد المضامين اتصالية عديدة، والتي تسعى لتوليد أفكارا متطرفة عن واقعه الثقافي والديني والقيمي، بل وتبنى آراء دخيلة على هذا الواقع، وتتحدد المشكلة البحثية في مدى إدراك الشباب الجامعي السعودي لدعائم رؤية المملكة 2030، خاصة الأمن الفكري نظير تعرضه لوسائل الإعلام الجديد تطبيقا على عينة عشوائية قوامها (400) مفردة من الشباب الجامعي السعودي (جامعة الملك عبد العزيز). تتحدد أهمية البحث بناء على ارتفاع معدل تعرض الشباب لوسائل الإعلام الجديد مع عدم وجود الوعي الكافي لديهم بمخاطر هذه الوسائل، وتقديم نتائج تساعد على فهم علاقة الشباب بوسائل الإعلام الجديد ومن ثم وضع آلية لتعزيز تأثيره على دعم الأمن الفكري بشكل إيجابي. تمثلت أهداف الدراسة في رصد وتقييم علاقة الشباب بوسائل الإعلام الجديد من خلال كثافة ودوافع الاستخدام، وقياس مستوى منظومة الأمن الفكري لديه، باستخدام منهج المسح الإعلامي وتصميم استمارة استبيان، سعيا لتقييم هذا التعرض، وتحديد الطرح المستقبلي لدور هذه الوسائل في دعم الأمن الفكري، وعن نتائج البحث أن الشباب الجامعي السعودي على درجة وعي بخطورة تأثير وسائل الإعلام الجديد على الأمن الفكري، لذا تمت موافقته على جوانب عديدة من أشكال المراقبة المقترحة على وسائل الإعلام الجديد. اقترحت الدراسة ضرورة إنشاء منظومة إعلامية اجتماعية متفاعلة تختص بدعم المفاهيم الإيجابية للأمن الفكري، وعدم استخدام وسائل الإعلام الجديد في الشعارات المحرضة على العنف والتطرف. Recent studies have confirmed the role of the new media in influencing intellectual security, especially in the era of digital communications, where the individual is exposed to many communicative contents, which may seek to generate extremist ideas about his cultural, religious and value reality, and even adopt extraneous opinions on this reality the research problem is determined in the extent to which Saudi university youth are aware of the pillars of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, especially intellectual security for exposure to the new media, applied to a random sample of 400 individuals from Saudi university youth (King Abdul Aziz University), and the importance of the research is determined based on the high rate of exposure of young people to the new media with the lack of sufficient awareness they have of the dangers of these means, and presenting results It helps to understand the relationship of young people with the new media, and then develop a mechanism to enhance its impact on supporting intellectual security in a positive way, And measuring the level of his intellectual security system, using the media survey method and designing a questionnaire, in an effort to assess this exposure, and to determine the future proposal for the role of these means in supporting intellectual security, and on the results of the research that Saudi university youth are aware of the seriousness of the influence of the new media on intellectual security. Therefore, it was agreed on many aspects of the proposed forms of monitoring the new media, and the study suggested the need to create an interactive social media system that specializes in supporting positive concepts of intellectual security, and not using the new media in slogans that incite violence and extremism.
