هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أدوار القيادة التعليمية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أدوار القيادة التعليمية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم العام بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة تضمن تسعة أدوار هي: التخطيط الاستراتيجي لعمليات التعليم والتعلم، وتوفير بيئة تعليمية باعثة ومحفزة ومشجعة على التعليم والتعلم، وإدارة المناهج الدراسية بفعالية، والإشراف التربوي المتميز، والتنمية المهنية المستمرة للمعلمين، وبناء مجتمعات التعلم المهنية، وتوفير الموارد والمصادر اللازمة للتعليم والتعلم، وتوظيف واستخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم، وبناء شراكات خارجية لدعم عمليات تعليم وتعلم الطلبة. The study aimed to develop a proposed perspective for the development of instructional leadership roles for principals of public education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of some contemporary models. The study used the descriptive method and used document analysis in collecting data and information. The results of the study reached to the development of a proposed perspective for the development of instructional leadership roles for principals of public education schools in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of some contemporary models that include nine roles: strategic planning for teaching and learning processes, providing an educational environment that is stimulating and encouraging for teaching and learning, and managing curricula effectively. Distinguished educational supervision, continuous professional development for teachers, building professional learning communities, providing the necessary resources for teaching and learning, employing and using educational technology, and building external partnerships to support student teaching and learning processes.
