هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة كفايات مدير المدرسة وممارساته الإدارية في ضوء القيم الإسلامية في كتاب "الجامع الصحيح للإمام الربيع بن حبيب". استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق أسلوب تحليل المحتوى لبعض كتب السيرة النبوية واستخلاص الأفكار منها. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المصادر الإسلامية لكتب السنة والتي تناولت الأحاديث الشريفة وصنفت القيم الإسلامية المنقولة عن سنة رسولنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، وتم تحديدها بالمصادر التالية: "الجامع الصحيح"، للربيع بن حبيب، "الترغيب والترهيب" للمنذري، "شعب الإيمان" للبيهقي. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن "كتاب الجامع الصحيح" يتضمن العديد من القيم الإسلامية التي يمكن الاسترشاد بها في الإدارة المدرسية، واستنباط كفايات لمدير المدرسة منها التي تعزز أداءه للقيام بمهامه بفاعلية. إن مجموع القيم الإسلامية بلغ (70) قيمة، موزعة على ثلاث فئات، وهي: قيم عقائدية أخلاقية، وقيم مهنية فكرية، وقيم اجتماعية مادية. وحسب الترتيب، جاءت القيم العقائدية أولا من حيث عدد القيم بلغت (32) قيمة، تلتها القيم الفكرية وعددها (22) قيمة، فيما جاءت القيم الاجتماعية المادية في المرتبة الثالثة وبلغ عدد القيم (16) قيمة. أوصت الدراسة أن ينهج مدير المدرسة النهج الإداري الإسلامي القائم على القيم تعاملاته الإدارية، وأن يراعي مدير المدرسة عند إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية والخطط الفرعية منها تضمين القيم الإسلامية في ممارساته ونهاياته الإدارية لتحقيق الجودة التعليمية. This study aimed to know the competencies of the school principal and his administrative practices in the light of Islamic values in the book "The Right Mosque of Imam Al-Rabi bin Habib". The study population consisted of Islamic sources of Sunnah books that dealt with the noble hadiths and classified the Islamic values transmitted from the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and were identified by the following sources: “Al- Jami’ al Sahih” by Al-Rabee bin Habib, “Al-Targhib wa’l-Tarheeb” by Al-Mundhiri, “The People of Faith” by Al-Bayhaqi. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: It is clear from the foregoing that the “Book of the Right Mosque” includes many Islamic values that can be used as guidance in school administration, and to devise competencies for the school principal, including those that enhance his performance to carry out his duties effectively. The total Islamic values amounted to (70) values, divided into three categories: moral and ideological values, intellectual professional values, and material social values. According to the arrangement, ideological values came first in terms of the number of values, which amounted to (32) values, followed by intellectual values, which numbered (22) values, while the material social values came in third place, and the number of values reached (16) values. The study recommended that the school principal should adopt the Islamic administrative approach based on values in his administrative dealings, and that the school principal should take into account, when preparing the strategic plan and its sub-plans, the inclusion of Islamic values in his administrative practices and ends to achieve educational quality.
