تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الكمالية العصابية وكل من إعاقة الذات والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلبة الكليات الصحية في جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في جدة (ن=354)، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين إعاقة الذات ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية، والكشف عن الفروق في مستوى كل من الكمالية العصابية وإعاقة الذات ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتين تبعا لمتغير الجنس والكليات الصحية. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وطبقت مقاييس (النزعة الكمالية، إعاقة الذات، الكفاءة الذاتية). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية متوسطة بين الكمالية العصابية وإعاقة الذات، وأيضا علاقة عكسية ضعيفة بين الكمالية العصابية والكفاءة الذاتية وإعاقة الذات والكفاءة الذاتية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى أبعاد الكمالية العصابية تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ولكن أظهرت فروقا في مستوى أبعاد الكمالية العصابية تعزى إلى متغير الكليات الصحية في بعد التخطيط، وكانت لصالح كل من (كلية العلوم الطبية التطبيقية، وكلية طب الأسنان، وكلية التمريض). أظهرت التحليلات الإحصائية وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إعاقة الذات والكفاءة الذاتية؛ إذ كانت أعلى لدى الطلبة الذكور.أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إقامة دورات إرشادية للطلبة لرفع كفاءتهم الذاتية، والقدرة على التعامل مع الصعوبات الأكاديمية بمرونة أكبر دون اللجوء إلى إعاقة الذات. The study aims to reveal the relationship between perfectionism, disability of self and self-efficacy for among students at health colleges at King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah (n=254) and to detect the level of perfectionism, self-disability, and the level of self-efficacy according to the variable of gender and health colleges. We followed the descriptive correlative and applied perfectionism, (Disability of self and Self efficacy) scales. The results of the study showed that there is a medium negative relationship between perfectionism and self-disability. Also, there was a weak negative relationship between perfectionism, self-efficacy between self-disability and self-efficacy, while the results showed that there were no significant static differences in the level of perfectionism dimensions due to the gender variable. However, differences were shown in the level of perfectionism dimensions due to the variable of health colleges in the planning dimension, and they were in favor of (College of Applied Medical Sciences, College of Dentistry, College of Nursing). Statistical analyzes also showed that there were significant static differences in the level of self-disability and self-efficacy, which were higher among male Statistical analyzes also showed that there were significant static differences in the level of self-disability and self-efficacy, which were higher among male students. Where we recommend the necessity of holding counseling courses for students to raise their self-efficacy and the ability to deal with academic difficulties more flexibly without resorting to self-disability.
