هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى مديري مدارس ولاية السيب بمحافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والتعرف على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى مديري مدارس ولاية السيب بمحافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة العملية). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (175) من المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس ولاية السيب في محافظة مسقط بسلطنة عمان. تم اختيار العينة عشوائيا، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (37) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور، هي التفكير الشمولي والتفكير التجريدي والتفكير التشخيصي والتفكير التخطيطي. وبعد استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS) توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن درجة ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى مديري مدارس ولاية السيب بمحافظ مسقط في سلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وجاء نمط التفكير الشمولي بالمرتبة الأولى من حيث درجة الممارسة. كما دلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥a) تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي بمحور التفكير الشمولي لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥a) لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة درجة ممارسة أنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي بدرجة كبيرة بمدارس ولاية السيب بمحافظة مسقط في بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين لمتغيرات المؤهل الدراسي والخبرة العملية. The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns among principals of schools in the Wilayat of Al-Seeb in the Governorate of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of teachers, and to identify the existence of statistically significant differences for the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns among the principals of schools in Al-Seeb in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to variables (Social gender, educational qualification, and work experience). The study sample consisted of (175) male and female teachers at Al-Seeb schools in the Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, they were randomly selected, and the study tool consisted of (37) words distributed on four dimensions, namely comprehensive thinking and abstract thinking, diagnostic and planning thinking and after using the statistical analysis program (spss) the study reached the following results: that the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns among the principals of schools in the wilayat of Seeb in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the point of view of teachers came to a large degree, and the holistic thinking pattern came first in terms of The degree of practice, as the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) due to the gender variable in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for the responses of the members of the study sample It is highly strategic in Al-Seeb schools in the Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the teachers’ viewpoint of the variables of the educational qualification and practical experience.
