يهدف البحث إلى دراسة الإساءة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالسلوك العدواني لدى طلبة الصف التاسع بمحافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. تكونت العينة من 375، واعتمد على مقياس الإساءة الوالدية والاجتماعية ومقياس السلوك العدواني لدى طلبة الصف التاسع بمحافظة مسقط في سلطنة عمان. تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية ضعيفة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للإساءة الجسدية من قبل الأب وظهور السلوك العدواني. وتوجد علاقة طردية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للإساءة الجسدية من قبل الأب وظهور السلوك العدواني اللفظي، في حين توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للإساءة الجسدية من قبل الأب وظهور السلوك العدواني المادي والعدائية والغضب. توجد علاقة طردية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للإهمال والرفض من قبل الأب وظهور السلوك العدواني، وتوجد علاقة طردية متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للرفض والإهمال من قبل الأب وظهور السلوك العدواني المادي واللفظي والعدائية. في حين توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة دالة إحصائيا بين التعرض للرفض والإهمال من قبل الأب وظهور الغضب مقدار العلاقة (0.379). This research aims to study social abuse and its relationship to aggressive behavior among ninth grade students in Muscat Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The research relied on the descriptive approach. The sample consisted of 375, and it relied on a measure of parental and social abuse and a measure of aggressive behavior among ninth grade students in Muscat Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. The results indicate that there is a weak, statistically significant positive relationship between exposure to physical abuse by the father and the emergence of aggressive behavior. There is a moderate, statistically significant positive relationship between exposure to physical abuse by the father and the emergence of verbal aggressive behavior, while there is a weak, significant direct relationship. There is a statistically significant relationship between exposure to physical abuse by the father and the emergence of physical aggressive behavior, hostility, and anger. There is a statistically significant average relationship between exposure to neglect and rejection by the father and the emergence of aggressive behavior. There is a statistically significant average relationship between exposure to rejection and neglect by the father and the emergence of physical aggressive behavior. Verbal and hostility, while there is a weak, statistically significant direct relationship between exposure to rejection and neglect by the father and the appearance of anger, the amount of the relationship is (0.379).
