هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى المعيقات التي تعترض تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة في المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين وسبل التغلب عليها. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، والاستعانة باستبانة طبقت على مديري المدارس الثانوية بقطاع غزة. بلغت عينة الدراسة (149) منهم، وذلك باستخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية. أسفرت الدراسة عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المعوقات التي تعترض تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة في المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وبوزن نسبي (76.40%)، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للمعوقات التي تعترض تطبيق مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة تبعا لمتغير الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة، المنطقة التعليمية. أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات منها توعية المعلمين والإداريين بأهمية تطبيق المدرسة المنتجة وأهميته في تحسين جودة التعليم، وضرورة تخصيص موارد مالية وبنية تحتية كافية لتنفيذ مشاريع وأنشطة تعزز من مفهوم المدرسة المنتجة. The study aimed to identify the obstacles that impede the application of the concept of a productive school in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine and ways to overcome them. By using the stratified random sampling method, the study resulted in a set of results, the most important of which is that the obstacles that impede the application of the concept of a productive school in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the point of view of school principals came to a large extent and with a relative weight (76.40%), with no significant differences. Statistics at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine of the obstacles that impede the application of the concept of a productive school according to the variable of sex, educational qualification, years of service, and educational district. The study recommended a number of recommendations, including educating teachers and administrators about the importance of applying a productive school and its importance in improving the quality of education. The need to allocate adequate financial resources and infrastructure for the implementation of projects and activities that promote the concept of a productive school. (Published abstract)
