يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الرشاقة التنظيمية في المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية بمدينة بريدة، والكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية للرشاقة التنظيمية للمرحلة الابتدائية، ترجع إلى متغير (سنوات الخبرة الإدارية/ عدد الطلاب/ نوع المدرسة عام/ تحفيظ). اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للبحث، وطبقت على عينة تكونت من (78) مدير بمدينة بريدة. استخدم مقياسا للرشاقة التنظيمية وهو مقياس هورني وأوشيه Horne & O'shea، 2018، وذلك بعد ترجمته ومحاولة تكييفه مع البيئة المدرسية السعودية. من أهم نتائج البحث: أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية للرشاقة التنظيمية في مدينة بريدة متحققة بدرجة عالية. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في استجابات أفراد العينة حول درجة ممارسة الرشاقة التنظيمية ترجع لسنوات الخبرة، وعدد الطلاب، ونوع المدرسة. The research aims to identify the level of organizational agility in governmental primary schools in Buraidah, and to detect whether there are statistically significant differences in organizational agility for the primary stage, due to a variable (years of administrative experience/ number of students/ type of school). The research relied on the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire was used as a research tool, and it was applied to a sample of (78) principals in Buraidah city, Saudi Arabia. Among the most important results of the research: that the degree of organizational agility practiced by government primary school principals in the city of Buraidah is highly achieved, and there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members about the degree of organizational agility due to the years of experience, the number of students, and the type of school.
