هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة المستدامة وعلاقتها بتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مدارس محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على أداة الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من (449) معلما ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن كلا من درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة المستدامة، ومستوى تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مدارس محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان جاءت مرتفعة بشكل عام. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة المستدامة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. في حين بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة لمستوى تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة المستدامة بأبعادها في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في مدارس محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها: نشر ثقافة القيادة المستدامة من خلال نشر الإبداع والتميز المستدام بالتعليم، وبناء قنوات الاتصال مع المجتمع المحلي، وتقديم دورات تدريبية وبرامج تطويرية لمديري المدارس بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، ونشر الوعي بأبعاد التنمية المستدامة على مستوى مدارس التعليم في سلطنة عمان. The study aimed to explore the extent of school principals' practice of sustainable leadership and its relationship with achieving dimensions of sustainable development in schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive correlational approach was used, employing a survey tool to gather data and information. The survey's validity, reliability, and stability were ensured, administered to a sample consisting of 449 male and female teachers in government schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. Among the key findings of the study: both the degree of school principals' practice of sustainable leadership and the level of achieving dimensions of sustainable development in schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman were generally high. The results also indicated no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the means of the study sample's assessments regarding the degree of practicing sustainable leadership attributed to gender, while revealing statistically significant differences attributed to educational qualification and years of experience. However, the results showed no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the means of the study sample's assessments for the level of achieving dimensions of sustainable development attributed to gender, whereas statistically significant differences were evident related to educational qualification and years of experience. Additionally, the results demonstrated a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of school principals' practice of sustainable leadership and its dimensions in achieving sustainable development in schools in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. In light of these findings, the current study recommended several recommendations, notably: promoting a culture of sustainable leadership by fostering sustainable creativity and excellence in education, establishing communication channels with the local community, providing training courses and developmental programs for school principals in the North Al Batinah Governorate, and raising awareness about the dimensions of sustainable development within the education sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
