تهدف الدراسة إلى توظيف نظام حماية الطفل في المملكة العربية السعودية في الأسرة من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية وذلك عن طريق الكشف عن واقع وتحديات توظيف نظام حماية الطفل في المملكة العربية السعودية في مجال الأسرة من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية، ثم التعرف على الحلول الممكنة لمواجهة تلك التحديات من وجهة نظرهم. لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، انتهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي عن طريق اختيار مجموعة من خبراء التربية الذين بلغ عددهم (33) خبيرا تربويا، والحصول على إجابات فردية منهم. تم إعداد الأسئلة عن طريق الاستبانة. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن واقع حماية الطفل في المملكة في مجال الأسرة يمكن تصنيفه أنه ضعيف نسبيا نظرا لما حققته فقرات قياس الواقع من استجابة عالية من قبل الخبراء، ودلالتها على وجود انتهاكات لحقوق الأطفال. أن توظيف نظام حماية الطفل يتضمن العديد من التحديات والمعوقات، وعليه يستوجب تحليلها وتطوير نظم حلول خاصة بها لتخطي هذه التحديات والتغلب عليها. The study aims to employ the child protection system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the family from the point of view of education experts. This is done by revealing the reality and challenges of employing the child protection system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of the family from the point of view of education experts. Then identify possible solutions to meet these challenges from their point of view. To achieve these goals, the study followed the descriptive approach using the Delphi method by selecting a group of education experts, who numbered 23 educational experts. And obtain individual answers from them to questions prepared through the questionnaire. Among the most important findings of the study were, the reality of child protection in the Kingdom in the field of the family can be classified as relatively weak due to the high response achieved by the paragraphs of measuring the reality by experts, and their indication of the existence of violations of children’s rights. Employing the child protection system includes many challenges and obstacles, and therefore it is necessary to analyze it and develop special solutions systems to overcome these challenges.
