هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة الاحتراق النفسي عند أساتذة قسم Staps وذلك نتيجة لاختلاف السن الخبرة، المؤهل، حيث قمنا باختيار 30 أستاذ بطريقة عشوائية مع تطبيق مقياس الاحتراق النفسي (ماسلاش). استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، وبعد ذلك تم إجراء بعض الإحصائيات المعرفة درجة الاحتراق النفسي عند الأساتذة، حيث توصل الباحثان إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتراق النفسي عند الأساتذة تعزى لمتغيرات الخبرة والجنس والشهادة. This study aimed to know the degree of psychological burnout among the professors of the Staps department, as a result of the difference in age, experience, and qualification, where we chose 30 professors in a random manner with the application of the burnout scale (Maslash). To find out the degree of psychological burnout among the professors, where the researchers concluded that there are no statistically significant differences in the psychological burnout of the professors due to the variables of experience, gender and testimony.
