هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى ممارسة أساتذة التعليم الثانوي للقيم الديمقراطية أثناء التفاعل الصفي من وجهة نظرهم والوقوف على الفروق الإحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغيراتهم (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة). أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى ممارسة أساتذة التعليم الثانوي للقيم الديمقراطية أثناء التفاعل الصفي مرتفع، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى ممارسة الأساتذة للقيم الديمقراطية تبعا لمتغيري (الجنس والخبرة) في حين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي). The study aimed to identify the level of practice of democratic values by secondary education teachers during class interaction from their point of view and to identify the statistical differences between the responses of the of the study sample members according to their variables (gender, Academic qualification, years of experience). The study showed that the level of secondary education teachers' practice of democratic values during class interaction is high, and there are no statistically significant differences in the level of secondary education teachers' practice of democratic values due to the variables of (gender and years of experience), while there are statistically significant differences due to the (Academic qualification) variable.
