هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الشراكة المجتمعية لتنمية الموارد الذاتية للمدارس الثانوية بجدة في ضوء الخبرات العالمية. وتحديد على آليات الشراكة المجتمعية لتنمية الموارد الذاتية للمدارس الثانوية بجدة في ضوء الخبرات العالمية. يتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مدراء ومديرات التعليم للمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة جدة، وطبق البحث على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بنسبة 50% من المجتمع الكلي. خرجت نتائج الدراسة بتوصيات على النحو الآتي: زيادة الموارد المالية للمدارس الثانوية من خلال تفعيل دور الشراكة المجتمعية لدعم الأنشطة وتوظيف مرافق المدرسة. وإيجاد آليات واضحة بالمدرسة لتفعيل مواردها الذاتية والاستفادة من مردودها المالي واستثماره بالشكل المناسب وإشراك المجتمع في وضع الخطط والأهداف حيال ذلك. وحث المجتمع على المشاركة والدعم المالي في إنشاء المرافق المدرسية. وتشكيل لجنة خاصة لتمويل التعليم بالمدرسة بالشراكة مع المؤسسات أو الأفراد بعيدا عن الميزانية التشغيلية المقررة للمدرسة من قبل الوزارة. The study aimed to reveal the reality of community partnership to develop the self-resources of secondary schools in Jeddah in light of international experiences. And identifying community partnership mechanisms to develop the self-resources of secondary schools in Jeddah in light of international experiences. The current research community consists of all male and female directors of secondary school education in the city of Jeddah, and the research was applied to a simple random sample of 50% of the total community. The results of the study came up with recommendations as follows: Increasing financial resources for secondary schools by activating the role of community partnerships to support activities and employ school facilities. Creating clear mechanisms for the school to activate its own resources, benefit from its financial returns, invest it appropriately, and involve the community in setting plans and goals regarding this. He urged the community to participate and financially support the establishment of school facilities. Forming a special committee to finance education at the school in partnership with institutions or individuals outside of the operational budget set for the school by the Ministry.
