هدف البحث إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على استراتيجية روبنسون في تنمية المهارات البلاغية لدى طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي بأمانة العاصمة. تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي لمعرفة فاعلية البرنامج. وتم تصميم اختبار تكون من عدد من الأسئلة الاختيارية لقياس مستوى الطلبة في استيعابهم للمهارات البلاغية المتعلقة بـ (التشبيه، والاستعارة، والمجاز، والكناية)، طبق على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية من طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي، والبالغ عددها (140) طالبا وطالبة، توزعت بين شعبتين من الذكور وشعبتين من الإناث تجريبية وضابطة. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: 1) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة التجريبية، ومتوسط درجات طلبة المجموعة الضابطة في الاختبار البعدي للمهارات البلاغية، ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسط درجات الذكور والإناث للمجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار البعدي للمهارات البلاغية. This study aims to investigate “The effectiveness of Robinson's strategy-based program proposal in the development of the rhetorical skills with the student of the first grade in secondary education students in Sana'a City". To achieve the objective of the research, the experimental method was used; to determine the effectiveness of the program, a test was designed that consisted of a number of optional questions, to measure the level of students in their comprehension of the rhetorical skills related to (similarity, metaphor, and metonymy) and it was applied to a sample that was deliberately selected from the first grade of secondary education, amounting (140) male and female students, distributed between two groups of males and two groups of females, experimental and control. The research comes out with several results, the most important of them are as follows: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students and the average scores of the control group students in the post test of rhetorical skills, in favor of the experimental group. 2) There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of males and females for the experimental group in the post test of rhetorical skills.
