يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على معوقات تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في أفغانستان، إن وجود العوائق والحوائل في سبيل تعليم اللغة العربية أمر طبيعي في كل اللغات وليس في العربية وحدها، ومن المؤكد أن كل من يتعلم لغة غير لغته الأم لابد أن يتعرض لبعض المعوقات والصعوبات وإن كانت هناك معوقات لا تخصهم وحدهم فهي مشتركة بين الأستاذ والطلاب بقطع النظر عن خلفياتهم اللغوية والأعداد الكبيرة في صفوفهم الدراسية. فأهمية البحث ترجع إلى تجربة حقيقية للباحث في ميدان تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها ودراسته التامة بالمجتمع الأفغاني وبالطلاب الأفغان على صعيد تعلم اللغات الأجنبية ونقاط القوة والضعف في المسيرة العلمية والتعلمية. يضم هذا البحث أيضا دراسة بعض المشكلات والعوائق في طريق تعلمهم وتعليمهم بنوع من التعمق بجانب طرح الحلول التي قد تسهم بشكل فعال في الارتقاء بالمستوى التعليمي لهم على صعيد تعلم العربية. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الطلبة الأفغان عندهم الشوق والرغبة ولديهم الجدية والسعاية أيضا على تعليم اللغة العربية رغم قلة الأمكنة والوسائل التعلمية، ولديهم المؤهل الطبيعي على اكتساب واللغة العربية وإتقانها لا تمنعهم صعوبة ضعف المدرسين، وقصور استخدام التقنية الحديثة. This research aims to identify the obstacles to teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in Afghanistan. The presence of obstacles and barriers in the way of teaching Arabic is natural in all languages and not in Arabic alone, and it is certain that everyone who learns a language other than his mother tongue must be exposed to some obstacles and difficulties and if there are obstacles that do not concern them alone, they are common to the professor and students, regardless of their linguistic backgrounds and the large numbers in their classrooms. The importance of the research is due to the real experience of the researcher in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and his full study of the Afghan society and Afghan students in terms of learning foreign languages and the strengths and weaknesses in the scientific and educational journey. This research also includes studying some of the problems and obstacles in the way of their learning and teaching them in a kind of depth, in addition to proposing solutions that may contribute effectively to raising their educational level at the level of learning Arabic. The results of the research concluded that the Afghan students have longing and desire, and they also have seriousness and striving to teach the Arabic language despite the lack of places and teaching aids.
