هدف البحث إلى تقدير واقع تنمية القيم وفق التصور الإسلامي لها بالمؤسسات التعليمية بدولة قطر، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي من خلال طريقتين: 1) تحليل الوثائق. 2) الطريقة المسحية. واستخدم لذلك استبيان تقدير واقع تنمية القيم الإسلامية في المؤسسات التعليمية بدولة قطر من إعداد الباحث. واختير لذلك عينة ميدانية، عبارة عن (32) مدرسة ابتدائي، (19) مدرسة إعدادي، (11) مدرسة ثانوي، (1) مركز تعليمي. وقد توصل البحث إلى وجود اختلاف بين واقع البرامج والممارسات الحالية لتنمية القيم وفق المنظور الإسلامي، والمأمول منها، ويظهر هذا الاختلاف في جوانب عديدة منها: بناء النسق القيمي وابتعاده عن التصور الاسلامي لمفهوم القيم، ومنها ضعف تعريف وتدريب المجتمع المدرسي، ومنها عدم وجود خطة واضحة ومحددة يتم إشراك ولي أمر التلميذ لتنفيذها، مع عدم اعلامه أصلا بالقيم المستهدفة، وعدم وجود جهة محددة في وزارة التربية والتعليم والتعليم العالي منوط بها الإشراف والمتابعة لتنفيذ خطة لتنمية القيم، على الرغم من وجود قسم للإرشاد الطلابي بوزارة التعليم والتعليم العالي، وكذلك ضعف أسلوب التقييم والقياس المتبع، ومنها الاهتمام بالجانب المعرفي على حساب الجانب الوجداني والمهاري في تنمية القيم، ومنها عدم تنويع الأساليب والوسائل المتبعة في تنمية القيم، ومنها عدم اعتماد أسلوب التكامل بين المواد في تنمية القيمة. The research aimed to assess the current state of value development according to the Islamic perspective in educational institutions in Qatar. The study employed a descriptive methodology through two methods: 1) document analysis. 2) Survey method. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the reality of Islamic value development in educational institutions in Qatar, prepared by the researcher. A field sample was selected, consisting of (32) primary schools, (19) preparatory schools, (11) secondary schools, and (1) educational center. The research found a discrepancy between the current programs and practices for value development according to the Islamic perspective and the desired outcomes. This discrepancy is evident in several aspects, including: the construction of the value system and its deviation from the Islamic concept of values, the lack of definition and training for the school community, the absence of a clear and specific plan involving the student’s guardian in its implementation, and the guardian’s lack of awareness of the targeted values. Additionally, there is no specific entity within the ministry of education and higher education responsible for supervising and following up on the implementation of a value development plan, despite the presence of a student guidance department within the ministry. Other issues include the weakness of the evaluation and measurement methods used, the focus on the cognitive aspect at the expense of the emotional and skill aspects in value development, the lack of diversity in the methods and means used in value development, and the failure to adopt an integrated approach between subjects in value development.
