هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة الأنماط القيادية لدى قادة المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء المزار الشمالي من وجهة نظر المعلمين. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وقامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة الأنماط القيادية لدى قادة المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء المزار الشمالي، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1327) معلم ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الأنماط القيادية ككل جاءت بدرجة (كبيرة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة الأنماط القيادية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير (مرحلة المدرسة)، وجاءت لصالح (المرحلة الاساسية). أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على إجراء المزيد من الدراسات المتعلقة بالأنماط القيادية وربطها بمتغيرات أخرى كالصعوبات والحلول. The study aimed to identify the degree of leadership styles among government school leaders in the directorate of education in the Northern Mazar District from the teachers’ point of view. The researcher developed a questionnaire to measure the degree of practicing leadership styles among the leaders of public schools in the directorate of education in the Northern Mazar District, where the study population consisted of (1,327) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers, who were chosen by random method and the results of the study showed that the degree of practicing leadership styles as a whole came to a (significant) degree. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing leadership styles due to the variables (gender, years of experience, and educational qualification), and there were statistically significant differences in the variable (school stage), which came in favor of (the basic stage). From studies related to leadership styles and linking them to other variables such as difficulties and solutions. (Published abstract)
