يهدف البحث إلى تقييم مدى تضمين السياسات التعليمية فئة الطلبة ذوي الأمراض النادرة المرتبطة بالإعاقة ضمن تصنيفات الإعاقة، وتحديد طبيعة الخدمات المقدمة لهم في الوثائق الرسمية الصادرة من وزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال أسلوب "تحليل المحتوى"، واستُخدمت استمارة تحليل المحتوى أداةً للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج البحث محدودية تضمين الوثائق الرسمية لوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية فئةَ الأمراض النادرة المرتبطة بالإعاقة. وكشفت نتائج البحث أن الأمراض النادرة التي ضُمِّنت لم تنظم في سياق الخدمات التعليمية، بل في سياق الحقوق المالية. وبناء عليه قدّم البحث توصيات عديدة لتطوير السياسات التعليمية في المملكة لضمان توفير بيئة تعليمية تلبي احتياجات جميع الطلبة. The aim of this study was to assess the extent to which educational policies include the category of students with rare diseases associated with disability within the disability classifications, and to identify the nature of services provided to them according to the official documents issued by the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A descriptive-analytical approach was used through the content analysis method, and a content analysis form was used as a tool for the study. The results of the study showed a limited inclusion of students with rare diseases associated with disability classifications in the official documents of the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The results also revealed that the rare diseases that were included were not regulated in the context of educational services, but rather in the context of financial rights. Consequently, the study presented several recommendations for developing educational policies in the Kingdom to ensure the provision of an educational environment that meets the needs of all students.
