هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة إربد في ممارسة مهارات القيادة الرقمية في ظل جائحة كورونا - 19 من وجهة نظر المعلمين وتقديم بعض المقترحات للتطوير. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إعداد استبانة للكشف عن التحديات التي تواجه مديري المدارس. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (233) معلما ومعلمةً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. فأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التحديات التي تواجه مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة إربد في ممارسة مهارات القيادة الرقمية في ظل جائحة كورونا - 19 ككل، جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء مجال التحديات التقنية والفنية في المرتبة الأولى، في حين جاء مجال التحديات البشرية في المرتبة الثانية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في درجة التحديات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في ممارسة مهارات القيادة الرقمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج، تم تقديم بعض المقترحات للتطوير، التي من أبرزها ضرورة عقد ورشات ودورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس لرفع كفاءتهم في مهارات القيادة الرقمية بشكل خاص. The aim of the study is to reveal the challenges that facing high school principals in Irbid governorate in practicing digital leadership skills in the light of the Covid 19 pandemic from the teachers' point of view and to present some proposals for development. In this study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used by preparing a questionnaire to reveal the challenges that facing school principals. The study sample consisted of (233) teachers, who were chosen by the simple random method. The results of the study showed that the challenges that facing high school principals in Irbid in practicing digital leadership skills in light of the Covid 19 pandemic as a whole, came to a high degree. And the field of technical and functional challenges came first, while the field of human challenges came in second, the results also indicated that there are no differences in the degree of challenges that facing school principals in practicing digital leadership skills from the teachers' point of view due to variables of gender, experience, and academic qualification. In light of the results reached, some proposals were submitted for development, the most prominent of which is the necessity to hold workshops and training courses for school principals to raise their competence in digital leadership skills in particular and use technology tools in general.
