هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن متوسط درجة ممارسة قيادات مكاتب التعليم بأبها الحضرية للقيادة التشاركية ومتوسط درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظفين، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الارتباطي لملاءمته لموضوع البحث، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية تكونت من (236) موظفا إداريا ومشرفا تربويا. أظهرت النتائج على مستوى الأداة أن متوسط درجة ممارسة قيادات مكاتب التعليم بأبها الحضرية للقيادة التشاركية بلغ (3.37)، وبلغ متوسط درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظفين (3.35)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسط درجة ممارسة قيادات مكاتب التعليم للقيادة التشاركية ومتوسط درجة تحقق الرضا الوظيفي لدى الموظفين، وخرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات ذات الصلة بنتائج الدراسة. The study aimed to reveal the average degree of education offices’ leaders' practice in Urban Abha for participative leadership and the average degree of employees' job satisfaction. The two researchers used the descriptive approach in its correlative method for its relevance to the research topic. A random sample was selected consisting of (236) administrative employees and educational supervisors. The results showed that the average degree of education offices’ leaders' practice in Urban Abha for participative leadership was (3.37), the average degree of job satisfaction of the employees was (3.35), the results also showed a positive correlation with statistical significance at the level (0.01) between the average degree of education offices’ leaders' practice for participative leadership and the average degree of employees' job satisfaction, the study came out with several recommendations and proposals related to the study results.
