هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات العاملين في المجال التربوي، نحو تطبيق مدارس الطفولة المبكرة في محافظة الخرج بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (337) من العاملين بالمجال التربوي للطفولة المبكرة في محافظة الخرج (مشرف- مدير- وكيل- مرشد- معلم). وأعد الباحثون مقياسا للتعرف على اتجاهات العينة نحو تطبيق مدارس الطفولة المبكرة، تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة الدراسة بداية العام الدراسي، ثم طبقت نفس الأداة على نفس العينة نهاية العام؛ لرصد التغير في اتجاهاتهم. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البعد النفسي الاجتماعي احتل الترتيب الأول في القياس القبلي، يليه بعد البيئة المدرسية، ثم البعد التحصيلي. أما في القياس البعدي؛ جاء بعد البيئة المدرسية، يليه البعد التحصيلي، ثم البعد النفسي الاجتماعي. وجميع الاتجاهات في القياس البعدي إيجابية بشكل أكبر مما كان عليه القبلي. كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك تأثيرا إيجابيا لتصورات أفراد العينة على اتجاهاتهم نحو تطبيق الطفولة المبكرة بشكل عام، وخصوصا الجانب النفسي الاجتماعي. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار في التوسع في برنامج الطفولة المبكرة لما له من آثار إيجابية، مع التركيز على الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية عند تدريب وتأهيل معلمات هذه المرحلة العمرية. The study aimed to identify the attitudes of educators towards the application of early childhood schools in Al-Kharj Governorate, Saudi Arabia. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and the study sample consisted of (337) educators dealing with early childhood schools. The researchers prepared an instrument to identify the attitudes of the sample towards the application of early childhood schools. The same tool was applied on the same sample at the beginning and at the end of the same school year to monitor the change in their trends. The results of the study concluded that the psychosocial dimension ranked at first in the pre measurement, followed by the school environment dimension, and then the achievement dimension. The results for the post measurement appeared that the school environment dimension came at the first, followed by the achievement dimension, then the psychosocial dimension, and all the trends in the post measurement are more positive than in the premeasurement. The results also showed that there is a positive impact of the sample perceptions on their attitudes towards early childhood application in general, especially the psychosocial aspect. The study recommended continuing to expand the early childhood program because of its positive effects, with a focus on psychological and social aspects when conducting training programs and choosing qualifying female teachers at this age.
