هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج "مساري) الذي تنفذه عمادة السنة الأولى المشتركة بجامعة الملك سعود في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 1441 هـ. تم تقويم هذه التجربة من وجهة نظر الكادر الإداري والطالبات، وفق نموذج القرارات المتعددة لستفلبيم (CIPP) عن طريق استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع الكادر الإداري المنفذ لبرنامج مساري وعددهن (10) موظفات، كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تبلغ (338) طالبة من الملتحقات بالبرنامج، وطبقت عليهن استبانة صممت لها الغرض. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم البرنامج وفق المحاور الأربع: (السياق، المدخلات، العمليات، المخرجات) كانت بدرجة عالية من وجهة نظر عينتي الدراسة، كما تم التوصل إلى أن برنامج مساري ساعد الطالبات على مواجهة تحديات اختيار التخصص من خلال تعريفهم بالتخصصات المتاحة، ومساعدتهم على اختيار التخصص المناسب. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the Masari program that is implemented by the Common First Year Deanship at King Saud University in the second semester of the academic year 2020. This experiment was evaluated from the point of view of the administrative staff and students, according to the Stuffelbeam Multiple Decisions Model (CIPP) and using the descriptive survey approach, where a comprehensive enumeration method was used for all the administrative staff implementing the Masari program (10 employees). Randomly selected 338 female students enrolled in the program. A questionnaire designed for the current purpose was applied to both samples. The study concluded that the evaluation of the program according to the four axes: (context, inputs, processes, and outputs) was of a high degree from the viewpoint of the two study samples. It was also concluded that the Masari program helped students face the challenges of choosing their majors by introducing them to the available majors and helping them choose the appropriate major.
