هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الممارسات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية في ضوء مهارات المستقبل. لتحقيق الهدف، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وبنيت بطاقة ملاحظة كأداة للتعرف على مدى توافر مهارات المستقبل في الممارسات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية، وتطبيقها -بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها- في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام (1441 هـ) على عينة عشوائية تكونت من (80) معلمة رياضيات بإدارة تعليم محافظة بيشة. أظهرت النتائج ضعف مهارات المستقبل في الممارسات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة الثانوية. كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الممارسات التدريسية تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل الدراسي، وسنوات الخبرة في التدريس)، في حين أظهرت فروقا دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الدورات التدريبية في مهارات المستقبل، وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم بعض التوصيات منها: تطوير برامج إعداد معلمات الرياضيات قبل الخدمة في ضوء مهارات المستقبل، وتكثيف البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمات الرياضيات أثناء الخدمة وتطويرها في ضوء تلك المهارات. The aim of the research is to identify the level of teaching practices of mathematics female teachers at the secondary school in light of future skills. To achieve the goal, a descriptive and analytical approach was used, an observational card is built as tool to identify the availability of future skills in the teaching practices of mathematics female teachers at the secondary school, and to apply them - after making sure of its validity and reliability - in the first semester of the academic year (1440-1441 AH), a random sample consisting of (80) mathematics female teachers in Directorate of Education in Bisha Governate. The results showed weak future skills in teaching practices of mathematics female teachers at the secondary school, in addition to the absence of differences in performance due to variables (academic qualification - years of experience), while there are statistically significant differences attributed to a variable of training courses in the field of future skills, In light of the results, some recommendations were made, the most important of which are: Developing programs for preparing mathematics female teachers before service in the light of future skills, intensification of training programs provided to mathematics female teachers during the service.
