هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع دور معلمة الروضة في تعزيز التكيف الاجتماعي لدى الطفل، والكشف عن المعوقات التي تحد من قيامها بدورها، وتقديم سبل ومقترحات تساهم في تفعيل دورها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع المشرفات والمديرات والمعلمات في رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المزاحمية، والبالغ عددهن (84). استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. أظهرت النتائج مجيء متوسط استجابات عينة الدراسة نحو واقع الدور الذي تقوم به معلمة الروضة في عملية التكيف الاجتماعي لطفل الروضة بدرجة متوسطة، وأن درجة تواجد المعوقات التي تعوق المعلمة عن تفعيل دورها في تعزيز عملية التكيف الاجتماعي لطفل الروضة درجة عالية، وأن درجة الموافقة على المقترحات التي تساهم في تفعيل دور معلمة الروضة في تعزيز عملية التكيف الاجتماعي لطفل الروضة عالية جدا. من أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة: جعل الأركان التعليمية بالفصل جاذبة للطفل؛ بتزويدها بالأعمال المثيرة للتفكير التي تساعد على التكيف الاجتماعي الجيد للطفل، واستخدام المعلمة أسلوب التعزيز الذي يشعر الطفل بأنه محبوب، كما أوصت الدراسة بمد جسور التواصل بين معلمة الروضة وأسرة الطفل في الأمور التي تخص التكيف الاجتماعي السليم للطفل. The study aims to investigate the reality of the role of the kindergarten teacher in enhancing the social adaptation of the child, and to identify the obstacles that hinder that and to provide ways and proposals that contribute to activating her role. The study sample consisted of all kindergarten supervisors, directors and teachers in Al-Muzahmiya Governorate, who amounted to (84) individuals. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study results showed that the average of the study sample’s answers about the reality of the role that the kindergarten teacher plays in the process of social adaptation of the kindergarten child is a (medium degree). While the degree of obstacles that hinder the teacher from activating her role in enhancing the social adaptation process of the kindergarten child is a (high degree). However, the degree of approval of the methods and proposals that contribute to activating the role of the kindergarten teacher in enhancing the process of social adaptation of the kindergarten child is a (very high degree). The most important recommendations that the study proposed include making the educational corners of the classroom attractive to the child by providing them with thought-provoking works that help achieve a good social adaptation for the child. As well as the need for the teacher to adopt the method of enhancement that makes the child feels that he/she is beloved, and she also recommended the need to build bridges of communication between the kindergarten teacher and the child's family regarding the proper social adaptation of the child.
