هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام طلبة الصف العاشر للمنصة التعليمية جوجل كلاس روم على دافعيتهم للتعلم في مادتي اللغة الإنجليزية والدراسات الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة كورونا بمدارس محافظة البريمي، واختبار إذا ما كانت توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) بين متوسط استجابة أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس وموقع المدرسة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الكمي (الوصفي)، حيث تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (35) عبارة جمعت بياناتها من (420) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف العاشر في مدارس محافظة البريمي. ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: إن أثر استخدام طلبة الصف العاشر للمنصة التعليمية جوجل كلاس روم على دافعيتهم للتعلم في مادتي اللغة الإنجليزية والدراسات الاجتماعية في ظل جائحة كورونا جاء بدرجة ضعيفة. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وموقع المدرسة نحو استخدام الطلبة للمنصة التعليمية على دافعيتهم للتعلم في مادتي اللغة الإنجليزية والدراسات الاجتماعية. The aim of this study was to identify the impact of 10th grade students’ use of the Google Classroom educational platform on their motivation to learn English language and social studies in light of the Corona Pandemic in Al Buraimi Governorate schools, and to test whether there were statistically significant differences between students’ responses in relation to gender and school location. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire consisting of 35 items was used to measure the impact of the use of Google Classroom on students’ motivation to learn English language and social studies. Data of the study were collected from 420 grade 10 students in Al Buraimi Governorate schools. The results showed that the impact of the use of the Google Classroom on students’ motivation to learn English language and social studies was weak. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level α = 0.05 in relation to gender and location of the school towards students' use of the Google Classroom educational platform on their motivation to learn English and social studies.
