تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية، بالاعتماد على تسع دراسات علمية تناولت موضوع التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية، أجريت بين 2002 و2022 في عدد من جامعات الشرق والوسط والجنوب. وتمثلت عينة هذه الدراسات من الأساتذة والطلبة والطاقم الإداري. وتوصلت هذه الدراسات إلى وجود عدد من المعوقات التي تؤثر في تطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية، وأجمعت كل الدراسات على وجود معوقات تقنية ومعوقات بشرية ومعوقات مادية وأضافت نتائج دراسة دريدش (2019) معوقات تشريعية. The study aims to shed light on the reality of e-learning in Algerian universities, based on nine scientific studies on the subject of e-learning in Algerian universities, conducted between 2002 and 2022 in some universities in the East, Central and South of the country, The sample of these studies was represented by professors, students and administrative staff. These studies concluded that there are a number of obstacles that affect the application of e-learning in the Algerian University. All studies unanimously agreed on the existence of technical obstacles, human obstacles and material obstacles. The results of the Dridich study (2019) added legislative obstacles.
