هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر استخدام العمالة المنزلية على تنمية مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث لدى أطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر الوالدين تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس - المؤهل التعليمي - العمر)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأداة الاستبيان بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها على والدي أطفال الروضة بمدينة الدمام في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة (المتاحة الميسرة)، وبلغ عدد العينة (203). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: أن الدرجة الكلية لأثر استخدام العمالة المنزلية على مهارة الاستماع لدى أطفال الروضة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.67) وبانحراف معياري (0.426)، والدرجة الكلية لأثر استخدام العمالة المنزلية على مهارة التحدث جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (2.34) وبانحراف معياري (0.778)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لأثر استخدام العمالة المنزلية على المهارات اللغوية من وجهة نظر الوالدين تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لأثر استخدام العمالة المنزلية على المهارات اللغوية من وجهة نظر الوالدين تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل التعليمي والعمر، كما أوصت الدراسة بإلحاق الطفل بمعاهد تعليمية ترفيهية؛ لتنمية مواهبه، والحد احتكاكه بالعمالة المنزلية. The study aimed to investigate the impact of using domestic labor on the listening and speaking skills of kindergarten children from the parents' perspective, considering variables such as gender, educational qualification, and age. The study employed a descriptive survey methodology and used a questionnaire that was validated and reliable for the parents of kindergarten children in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The participants were selected through convenience sampling, and the sample size was (203), Also found that the overall effect of using domestic labor on the listening skills of kindergarten children was moderate with a mean score of (2.67) and a standard deviation of (0.426). Furthermore, the overall effect on speaking skills was moderate, with a mean score of (2.34) and a standard deviation of (0.778). There were statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the mean scores of the linguistic skills from the parents' perspective attributed to the gender variable in favor of males. However, there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) in the mean scores of the linguistic skills from the parents' perspective attributed to the variables of educational qualification and age, The study recommended enrolling children in recreational educational institutes to develop their talents and minimize their exposure to domestic labor.
