هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام استراتيجية السقالات التعليمية ومعوقات تطبيقها في ضوء متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والأداة المتمثلة في الاستبيان المكون من (26) فقرة موزعة على محورين (استراتيجية السقالات التعليمية، معوقات تطبيقها)، لجمع بيانات من عينة بلغ عددها (200) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الإحساء. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام استراتيجية السقالات التعليمية ومعوقات تطبيقها جاءت بدرجة كبيرة جدا. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) حول اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام استراتيجية السقالات التعليمية ومعوقات تطبيقها تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) حول اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو استخدام استراتيجية السقالات التعليمية ومعوقات تطبيقها تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبية، وبناء على النتائج أوصت الدراسة بإجراء ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية لمعلمات الروضة لتدريبهن على استخدام استراتيجيات التعليم بشكل عام واستراتيجية السقالات التعليمية بشكل خاص. The study aimed to reveal the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards using the educational scaffolding strategy and the obstacles to its application in light of the variables of (academic qualification, years of experience, training courses), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and the tool represented by the questionnaire consisting of (26) items distributed on two axes, using the (educational scaffolding strategy and the obstacles to its application), collected data from a sample of (200) kindergarten teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate. The results of the study indicated that the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards using the educational scaffolding strategy and the obstacles to its application were to a very large degree. The results also showed that there were significant differences. Statistics at the level of (0.05) on the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards using the educational scaffolding strategy and the obstacles to its application are due to the academic qualification variable, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) on the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the use of the educational scaffolding strategy and the obstacles to its application. This is due to the variable years of experience and training courses. Based on the results, the study recommended conducting workshops and training courses for kindergarten teachers to train them in using educational strategies in general and educational scaffolding strategies in particular.
