هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المناطق التعليمية في تنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى أطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر معلماتهم، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان مكون من (27) فقرة وزعت على (6) محاور وهي (الابتكار - التخطيط - الطموح - اتخاذ القرار- المسؤولية - إدارة الفريق) لمهارات ريادة الأعمال. بلغت عينة الدراسة (106) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال في الروضات الحكومية والأهلية في مدينة الخبر، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العينة الميسرة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية لدور المناطق التعليمية في تنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال لدى أطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر معلماتهم جاءت بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.35)، وجاءت مهارة تحمل المسؤولية بالمرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (3.42)، وجاءت مهارة الطموح بالمرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (3.41)، وجاءت مهارة الابتكار بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.34)، كما جاءت مهارة التخطيط بالمرتبة الرابعة بمتوسط حسابي (3.33)، وجاءت مهارة إدارة الفريق بالمرتبة الخامسة وقبل الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.33)، وجاءت مهارة اتخاذ القرار على المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.28). وفي ضوء النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتضمين مهارات ومفاهيم ريادة الأعمال في مناهج رياض الأطفال بما يتوافق مع رؤية المملكة 2030. The study aimed to reveal the role of educational districts in developing entrepreneurship skills among kindergarten children from the point of view of their teachers, using the descriptive approach. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (27) items distributed over (6) axes, namely (innovation - planning - Ambition - decision making - responsibility - team management) for entrepreneurship skills. The study sample consisted of (106) kindergarten teachers in government and private kindergartens in the city of Al-Khobar, and they were selected using the facilitated sampling method. The results of the study indicated that the overall score for the role of educational districts In developing entrepreneurship skills among kindergarten children from the point of view of their teachers, it came to a large degree with a mean of (3.35), the skill of assuming responsibility came in first place with a mean of (3.42), the skill of ambition came in second place with a mean of (3.41), and the skill of innovation came in third place with a mean of (3.41). Arithmetic (3.34), and the planning skill came in fourth place with a arithmetical mean (3.33), and the team management skill came in fifth and penultimate place with a arithmetical mean (3.33), and the decision-making skill came in last place with a arithmetical mean (3.28), and in light of the results, the study recommended including Entrepreneurship skills and concepts in kindergarten curricula in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
