هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الروضة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية للطفل وفي تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر المعلمات، مدينة رفاعة بالسودان في العام الدراسي 2022-2023م. فضلا عن معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقديرات دور الروضة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية وتحيق التنمية المستدامة لطفل الروضة والتي تعزى لمتغيرات: (المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة العملية، نوع الروضة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال أداة الاستبانة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد (50) من معلمات رياض الأطفال، وهم يشكلون نسبة حوالي (33%) من مجتمع الدراسة، تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن السمة العامة للمهارات الحياتية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمبحوثين تحققت بدرجة عالية. توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط تقديرات المفحوصات حول دور الروضة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى لنوع الروضة لصالح (الخاص). توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط تقديرات المفحوصات حول دور الروضة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى للمؤهل العلمي لصالح المؤهل العلمي الأعلى. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط تقديرات المفحوصات حول دور الروضة في تنمية المهارات الحياتية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة تعزى للخبرة. من أهم توصيات الدراسة: تكثيف الدورات التكوينية والتدريبية للقيادات والمعلمات لاكتساب مهارات جديدة. The study aimed to know the role of the kindergarten in developing the child’s life skills in achieving sustainable development / a field study from the point of view of teachers / the city of Rifa’a in Sudan in the academic year 2022-2023 AD, as well as knowing the statistically significant differences in estimates of the role of the kindergarten in developing the life s in achieving sustainable development kills of the kindergarten child. Which is attributed to the variables: (scientific qualification, practical experience, type of kindergarten), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, through the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of (50) kindergarten teachers, who constitute a percentage of about (33%) From the study population, they were selected by a simple random method, and to process the data statistically, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used, and the study reached the following results: The general characteristic of life skills in achieving sustainable development for the respondents is characterized by a high degree, and there are statistically significant differences in the average estimates of the subjects about the role of kindergarten in developing life skills in achieving sustainable development due to the type of kindergarten in favor of (private), and there are statistically significant differences in the average estimates. The examinations on the role of the kindergarten in developing life skills in achieving sustainable development are attributed to the academic qualification in favor of the higher academic qualification. There are no statistically significant differences in the average estimates of the examinations on the role of the kindergarten in developing life skills in achieving sustainable development that are attributed to experience. One of the most important recommendations of the study is the intensification of formative and training courses. For leaders or teachers to acquire new skills. (Published abstract)
