هدف البحث تعرف فاعلية الاستراتيجية التوسعية (لرايجلوث) في تنمية المفاهيم الفقهية لدى طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي الأزهري. وتكونت عينة البحث من (60) طالبة، وتم استخدام التصميم التجريبي الذي يعتمد على مجموعتين إحداها تجريبية، والأخرى ضابطة بقياس قبلي وبعدي، كما تم تحليل محتوى منهج الفقه وإعداد قائمة بالمفاهيم الفقهية المتضمنة بالمنهج لطالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي الأزهري، وإعداد اختبار للمفاهيم الفقهية. كما تم تطبيق مواد المعالجة من دليل المعلم وأوراق عمل الطالبات. وبعد تطبيق أدوات البحث جاءت النتائج مؤكدة على وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات طالبات مجموعتي البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وهذا يؤكد فاعلية الاستراتيجية التوسعية (لرايجلوث) في تنمية المفاهيم الفقهية لدى طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي الأزهري. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التوسع في عرض المفاهيم الفقهية بصورة تجذب انتباه الطالبات مع ضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية لتدريبهم على التنوع في استخدام الاستراتيجيات والطرائق التدريسية الحديثة بالإضافة للأنشطة والوسائل التعليمية المتنوعة التي تسهم في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية المنشودة. The research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of the expansive strategy (Raigluth) in developing jurisprudence the second year female students at Al-Azhar secondary stage. The research adopted the experimental design for two equal groups. The sample of the study consisted of (60) female pupils who were divided into groups: An experimental group N= (30) pupils that studied via the expansive strategy (Raigluth) and a control group N= (30) pupils that studied via the traditional method. To fulfill the purpose of the research, the researcher constructed the following instruments: a list of the jurisprudential concepts the included in the curriculum which was prepared for the second year female students at Al-Azhar secondary stage after analyzing its content and a test was prepared for the jurisprudence concepts. Also, the researcher prepared the treatment materials (A teacher’s guide and students’ worksheets). Results of the research revealed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the two groups on the pre and posttest of the grammatical concepts in favor of the post administration; that confirmed the effectiveness of the expansive strategy (Raigluth) in developing the jurisprudence concepts and awareness of some contemporary religious issues among the second year female students at Al-Azhar secondary stage. The research recommended that there is a dire need for expanding the presentation of jurisprudential concepts in a way that attracts students' attention. Moreover, there is a need for holding training courses for teachers of Sharia sciences to train them in diversity for using the recent teaching strategies, methods, various educational activities, and means that contribute in achieving the desired educational goals.
