هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى تضمين متطلبات سوق العمل فيما يخص البناء المستدام ببرنامج التصميم الداخلي في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (كمي، نوعي) وتم أخذ برنامج التصميم الداخلي في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، نابلس كحالة دراسة. تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة الاولى وهي مصفوفة المخرجات لمعرفة موضع مخرجات التصميم الداخلي في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، بالنسبة لجامعات أخرى، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة الثانية وهي الاستبانة على مجتمع حجمه (814) خريجا، حيث تم تحديد عينة متاحه بنسبة (20%) من مجتمع الدارسة والبالغ عددهم (166) خريجاً، حيث تم تقدير مدى تضمين مخرجات برنامج التصميم الداخلي في جامعة النجاح الوطنية مع متطلبات سوق العمل بما يخص البناء المستدام من وجهة نظر الخريجين. أظهرت النتائج قلة مواءمة المخرجات النهائية ووصف المساقات لبرنامج التصميم الداخلي في جامعة النجاح الوطنية مع متطلبات سوق العمل فيما يخص البناء المستدام، اما من وجهة نظر الخرجين جاءت منخفضة على الدرجة الكلية بمتوسط حسابي (2.198)، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق دالة احصائياً حول درجة مواءمة مخرجات برنامج التصميم الداخلي تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، في حين لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا تبعا للمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، وطبيعة العمل). في ضوء النتائج السابقة؛ أوصت الدراسة بوضع سياسات من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي تتعلق بموضوعات برنامج البناء المستدام وأهداف التنمية المستدامة حيثما يتطلب ذلك في البرامج الأكاديمية ذات العلاقة. This study aimed to identify the extent to which the labor market requirements are included in terms of sustainable construction design program at An-Najah National University, Nablus was taken as a case of study. The first study tool, the output matrix, was applied to determine the location of interior design outputs at An-Najah National University, for other universities, and the second study tool, the identification, was applied to a society of its size (814) graduates, where a sample available was identified as 20% of the study community's total number 166 graduates, where the extent to which the outputs of the interior design program at An-Najah National University are included with the labour market requirements for sustainable construction was assessed from the graduates' point of view. The results showed a lack of alignment of the final outputs and description of the courses for the interior design program at An-Najah National University with the labour market requirements for sustainable construction From the graduates' point of view, it came down on the overall score with an average arithmetic (2.198). The study also showed statistically significant differences about the degree to which interior design program outputs are adapted to the gender variable in favour of females, while there are no statistically significant differences depending on variables (scientific qualification, years of experience, nature of work). In the light of previous findings, the study recommended the development of policies by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the topics of the Sustainable Building Program and Sustainable Development Goals where required in relevant academic programs.
