هدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات البحث، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وبلغت (300) طالبة من المرحلة الثانوية بمدارس مكتب تعليم الوسط ببيشة. استخدمت الباحثة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية Spss وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج لمتطلبات تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030 كان أهمها: المتطلبات الذاتية من خلال العلم بفضل العمل التطوعي في ضوء نصوص كتاب الله وسنة نبيه الأعلى أهمية، والمتطلبات الاجتماعية في غرس الأسرة حب العمل التطوعي لدى الأبناء كدافع مهم نحو التطوع، والمتطلبات الاقتصادية حول أهمية دعم المشروعات والبرامج التطوعية ذات الأثر الاجتماعي. ومن خلال نتائج الدراسة، أمكن ترتيب هذه المتطلبات وفقا لأهميتها بدءا بالمتطلبات الاقتصادية بوسط حسابي (4.45) وانحراف معياري (0.598) ثم الاجتماعية بوسط حسابي (4.409) وانحراف معياري (0.618) ثم الذاتية بوسط حسابي (4.3) وانحراف معياري (0.56). أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الاهتمام من قبل إدارة التعليم والجمعيات الخيرية بمحافظة بيشة بالمتطلبات الاقتصادية (ماديا وإعلاميا)؛ لأثرها الكبير في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة بيشة، والتأكيد على أهمية زيادة الوعي المعرفي والثقافي، والتوعية بفضل العمل التطوعي في كتاب الله وسنة نبيه. The research aimed to define requirements of promoting a culture of volunteering among third-grade secondary female students in light of Saudi Arabia vision 2030. The study used the survey descriptive method and relied on the questionnaire as a study tool. The research sample consisted of (300) third-grade secondary female students. The sample was chosen by a simple random method. The researcher used the SPSS statistical package program. The researcher reached the following results: Self-requirement through awareness thanks to volunteering in the light of the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah of his Prophet, and the social requirements when the family instills the love of voluntary work in the children as an important motivator towards volunteering, and the economic requirements about the importance of supporting voluntary projects and programs with a social impact. Through the results of the study, it was possible to arrange these requirements according to their importance, starting with the economic requirements, with a mean of 4.45 and a standard deviation of 0.598, then social, with a mean of 4,409 and a standard deviation of 0.618, then self, with a mean of 4.3 and a standard deviation of 0.56. In the light of these results, the study recommended several recommendations, including Attention by the Department of Education and Charitable Societies in Bisha to the economic requirements (financially and in the media); for its great impact in promoting the culture of volunteer work among secondary school students in Bisha, and emphasizing the importance of cognitive and cultural awareness of voluntary work in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah.
