هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين عادات العقل والتفكير البنائي لدى عينة من الموهوبين وغير الموهوبين من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بجدة، والتعرف على الفروق بين الموهوبين وغير الموهوبين في كلا من عادات العقل والتفكير البنائي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي (عادات العقل لطلبة المرحلة الثانوية من تطوير الباحثات الصباغ وبنتن والجعيد 2006 بحسب نظرية كوستا Costa)، (التفكير البنائي من إعداد إبستاين، 1993، وتعريب القويعي، 2019). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (600) طالب وطالبة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عادات العقل والتفكير البنائي لدى عينة من الموهوبين وغير الموهوبين من طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بجدة حسب بعض المتغيرات. The study aimed to identify the relationship between the habits of mind and constructive thinking among a sample of gifted and non-gifted high school students in Jeddah, and to identify the differences between gifted and non-gifted in both habits of mind and constructive thinking, the descriptive associative approach was used, (habits of mind for high school students developed by researchers Sabbagh, Benten and Al-Jaid 2006 according to Costa theory), (Constructive thinking prepared by Epstein, 1993, and Arabization of Al-quwai, 2019), the study sample consisted of (600) students, and the results showed .The presence of a statistically significant relationship between the habits of the mind and constructive thinking in a sample of gifted and non-gifted High school students in Jeddah according to some variables.
