هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم امتلاك معلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية للكفايات التعليمية من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم ومدرائهم. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث صمّمت استبانة تكوَنت من (89) فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور رئيسية طبقت على عينة قوامها (9) مشرفا، و(29) مديرا، بواقع (9) مشرفا، و(36) مديرا. أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم امتلاك معلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية للكفايات التعليمية من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم ومدرائهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين درجات أفراد العينة وفقا (لطبيعة العمل، والمؤهل الدراسي)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا نتيجة تفاعل طبيعة العمل (مدراء، مشرفون) مع المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا)، ووجود فروق دالة بين مجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا ومجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة البكالوريوس في اتجاه مجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق دالة بين مجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا ومجموعة المشرفين ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا في اتجاه مجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة بين مجموعة المدراء ذوي شهادة البكالوريوس ومجموعة المشرفين ذوي شهادة الدراسات العليا في جميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية، قدم الباحث عدة توصيات منها تطوير المناهج الدراسية لمعلمي الإعاقة الفكرية بالجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية في ضوء الكفايات التعليمية، تكثيف تدريب المعلمين على الكفايات التعليمية في الميدان التربوي وذلك من اجل تنميتها لديهم من جميع الجوانب، الاهتمام بالأبحاث العلمية وحث معلمي الإعاقة الفكرية على الاطلاع عليها ومتابعتها لتلقي المستجدات في ضوء الكفايات التعليمية في مجال التربية الخاصة بعامة، والتركيز على ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية بخاصة، عقد دورات تدريبية عن الكفايات التعليمية بصفة عامة تساهم وتستهدف معلمي الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في تطوير وتحسين وتعزيز المهارات التدريسية لديهم بشكل أدق. The study aimed to assessment of teacher ownership students with intellectual disabilities educational competencies from the point of view of their supervisors and managers to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey method. Where a questionnaire was designed consisting of (89) items distributed on four main axes; It was applied to a study sample (9) supervisors and (29) managers, with (9) supervisors and (36) managers. The results of the study revealed that the evaluation of the possession of educational competencies by teachers of students with intellectual disabilities from the point of view of their supervisors and principals came to a medium degree, in addition to no statistically significant differences between the degrees of the sample members according to nature of work- academic qualification), and there are statistically significant differences as a result of the interaction of the nature of work (Managers, Supervisors) with academic qualifications (Bachelor's, Postgraduate Studies), and there are existence significant differences between the group of managers with a postgraduate certificate and the group of managers with a bachelor's degree in the direction of the group of managers with a postgraduate certificate in all dimensions and the total score, and there are significant differences between the group of managers with a postgraduate certificate and the group of supervisors with a postgraduate certificate in the direction of the group of managers with a certificate postgraduate studies in all dimensions and total degree, and there are no significant differences between the group of managers with a bachelor's degree and the group of supervisors with a postgraduate degree in all dimensions and the total degree. The researcher Presented several recommendations, including: The developing curricula for teachers of intellectual disabilities in universities and educational institutions in the light of educational competencies, intensify the training of teachers on educational competencies in the educational field in order to develop them in all sides, attention to scientific research and urging teachers of intellectual disabilities to review and follow them to receive update in the light of educational competencies in the field of special education in general, focusing on people with intellectual disabilities in particular, holding training courses on educational competencies in general that contribute and target teachers of students with intellectual disabilities in developing, improving and enhancing their teaching skills more accurately.
