هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج إرشادي انتقائي لتنمية أساليب مواجهة التنمر لدى الطالبات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) طالبات ذوات صعوبات تعلم من المرحلة الابتدائية، تم اختيارهن من مدرسة ابتدائية الحضن للبنات في منطقة نجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتراوحت أعمارهن ما بين (9-12) سنة، وتم توزيعهن على مجموعتين هما: المجموعة الضابطة (ن=5) لم تتعرض للبرنامج الإرشادي، والمجموعة التجريبية (ن=5) تعرضت للبرنامج الإرشادي. تبنت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي باستخدام تصميم قبلي – بعدي - تتبعي لمجموعتين متكافئتين. تضمنت أدوات الدراسة مقياسا للتعامل مع السلوك التنمري كمقياس قبلي وبعدي وتتبعي والبرنامج المقترح كمادة معالجة تجريبية. توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس التعامل مع السلوك التنمري لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين: القبلي والبعدي على مقياس التعامل مع السلوك التنمري لصالح القياس البعدي. 3) بقاء أثر البرنامج إلى ما بعد انتهاءه وخلال فترة المتابعة. وفي النهاية أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: وضع برامج توعية مكثفة لذوي صعوبات التعلم عن ظاهرة التنمر وآثارها السلبية وأفضل السبل لمواجهتها، توظيف أساليب مواجهة التنمر الملائمة في مساعدة ذوات صعوبات التعلم على العيش في بيئة آمنة نفسيا واجتماعيا. The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a selective counseling program for the development of methods of confronting bullying among students with learning disabilities. The study sample consisted of (10) students with learning difficulties from the primary stage, who were selected from Al-Hodn Elementary School for Girls in the Najran region, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Their ages ranged between (9-12) years, and they were distributed into two groups: the control group (n = 5) who was not exposed to the counseling program, and the experimental group (n = 5) which was exposed to the counseling program. The current study adopted the quasiexperimental approach using a pre-post-tracking design for two equal groups. The study tools included a scale for dealing with bullying behavior as a pre-, post- and tracking scale, and the proposed program as an experimental treatment material. The study reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control group members in the post-measurement on the scale of dealing with bullying behavior in favour of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group members in the two measurements: pre and post on the scale of dealing with bullying behavior in favour of the post measurement. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average grades of the experimental group members after applying the selective counseling program and the average grades of their grades on the scale of dealing with bullying behavior until after the end of the program and during the follow-up period. All in all the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: setting up intensive awareness programs for people with learning disabilities about the phenomenon of bullying and its negative effects and the best ways to deal with it, following appropriate methods of confronting bullying to help those with learning disabilities to live in a psychologically and socially safe environment.
