هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تأثير معلم الظل على السلوكيات غير السوية لدى طلاب ذوي الإعاقة في مدارس الدمج بالمملكة العربية السعودية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصل البحث إلى أن هناك انتشار واسع في المعوقات في الوسط التعليمي التي تحول دون استطاعة معلم الظل إحداث تغير في سلوكيات الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة داخل مدارس الدمج. أوصى الباحث على أهمية العمل لإزالة المعوقات التي تحد من تأثير معلم الظل على السلوكيات غير السوية لدى طلاب ذوي الإعاقة، وكذلك إرشاد وتوجيه الأهالي والمعلمين والإداريين بضرورة الوقوف بجانب معلم الظل وتذليل كل العقبات والصعوبات التي تواجهه في العملية التعليمية ليتسنى له تحقيق نتائج إيجابية مع الطالب ذو الإعاقة. كما حرص الباحث بوضع المعوقات التي تواجه معلمين الظل في مدارس الدمج يعين الاعتبار، حتى يتمكنوا من تحقيق التغيير في سلوكيات الطلاب غير السوية. The study aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent the influence of the shadow teacher on the abnormal behaviors of students with disabilities in the integration schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
