هدف البحث التعرف على درجة الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي ومعلمات التلاميذ من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، فضلا عن التعرف على درجة الاحتراق النفسي وفقا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) ومتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة "الخبرة" (أقل من 5 سنوات - أكثر من 5 سنوات) ومتغير الحالة الاجتماعية (أعزب - متزوج)، تألفت عينة البحث من (60) معلم ومعلمة، وبعد تطبيق مقياس البحث - مقياس الاحتراق النفسي (إعداد الباحثتين)، أسفرت نتائج البحث عن: 1) إن معلمي ومعلمات التلاميذ من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يعانون من الاحتراق النفسي. 2) وجود فروق في الاحتراق النفسي على وفق متغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث. 3) وجود فروق في الاحتراق النفسي على وفق متغير عدد سنوات الخدمة ولصالح (أقل من 5 سنوات). 4) وجود فروق في الاحتراق النفسي على وفق متغير الحالة الاجتماعية ولصالح الأعزب. The aim of this research is to identify the degree of psychological Burnout among teachers of students with special needs, as well as to identify the degree of psychological Burnout according to the variable: sex (males- females) and variable number of years of service (experience) (less than 5 years- more than 5 years. The variable of social status (single- married), the research sample consisted of (60) teachers, and after the application of the research scale- the scale of (psychological Burnout) which (prepared by the researchers), the results of the search for: 1) The teachers of students with special needs suffer from psychological burning. 2) The existence of differences in psychological Burnout according to the variable sex and for the benefit of females. 3) The presence of differences in psychological Burnout according to the variable number of years of service and in favor (less than 5 years). 4) The existence of differences in psychological Burnout according to the variable social status and for the benefit of single. According to the results of the research, the researchers recommended some recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
