هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهم معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تدريس وتدريب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كما يدركها مربوهم ومعلموهم، مع تناولها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. تم الاعتماد في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبيه الاستكشافي والتحليلي. اشتملت الدراسة على (36) معلم ومربي عاملين بالمدارس والمراكز الخاصة بتدريس وتدريب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية الوادي بالجزائر. تم استخدام أداة واحدة للدراسة وهي عبارة عن استبيان يقيس معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تدريس وتدريب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كما يدركها مربوهم ومعلموهم. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أهم معوق هو المتعلق بالإدارة والتجهيز، وأنه لا توجد فروق في المعوقات، تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ولا إلى طبيعة التكوين، بينما أكدت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق في المعوقات، تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة المهنية. The study aimed to know the most important obstacles to the use of educational technology in teaching and training people with special needs as perceived by their educators and teachers, while addressing them in the light of some variables. Teaching and training people with special needs in the state of El-Wadi in Algeria, and we used one tool for the study, which is a questionnaire that measures the obstacles to the use of educational technology in teaching and training people with special needs as perceived by their educators and teachers. In the obstacles, it is attributed to the gender variable, and not to the nature of formation, while the study confirmed that there are differences in the obstacles, which are attributed to the professional experience variable.
