هدف البحث إلى للكشف عن أهم التحديات التي واجهت المشرفين التربويين أثناء الانتقال الطارئ نحو التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا المستجد (COVID-19). لتحقيق الهدف، تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة التي تكونت من (18) فقرة في ثلاث محاور. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (68) مشرفا تربويا. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن تحديات التعلم عن بعد جاءت مرتفعة. أوصى الباحث بأهمية تدريب المشرفين التربويين على مهارات التخطيط والتصميم للتعلم عن بعد وتدريبهم على برنامج POWER BI لهندسة البيانات، وتطوير منهجية التفكير لدى المشرفين من خلال إشراكهم في دورات تدريبية بالتعاون مع الجامعات حول تطوير العمل البحثي لتوظيف المهارات الرقمية ومعرفه كل ما هو جديد في مستحدثات التقنية. ودمج نهج القيادة الرقمية في سياق الإشراف التربوي مما يعزز ويحفز على الابتكار والخروج بأفكار وأهداف تقود التغيير باستخدام نهج مبتكرة تقنية شامله تعود بفوائد عدة على العملية التعليمية ككل. وتدريب الطلاب على التعامل مع مستحدثات التعلم عن بعد وأدواته التفاعلية. وضرورة تقديم الحقائب التدريبة المعلمين والمعلمات للتدريب على إعداد الدروس والاختبارات الإلكترونية. The aim of the research was to reveal the most important challenges faced by educational supervisors during the emergency transition towards distance education in light of the new Corona pandemic (COVID-19), and to achieve the goal of the current research, the questionnaire tool was used, which consisted of (18) paragraphs in three axes. The study sample consisted of (68) educational supervisors, and the results of the research concluded that the challenges of learning distance learning were high. During their participation in training courses in cooperation with universities on the development of research work to employ digital skills and knowledge of all that is new in technical innovations. Integrating the digital leadership approach in the context of educational supervision, which enhances and stimulates innovation and comes up with ideas and goals that lead change using comprehensive technical innovative approaches that bring several benefits to the educational process as a whole. And training students to deal with the innovations of distance learning and its interactive tools. And the necessity of providing training bags for male and female teachers for training in preparing lessons and electronic tests. (Published abstract)
