هدف البحث إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدم الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (112) مديرا ومديرة. توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج، أهمها: وجود مشكلات تواجه مديري المدارس في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان جاءت بدرجة عالية بصورة إجمالية، كما جاءت بدرجة عالية أيضا في محاور المشكلات المتعلقة بالعاملين في المدرسة، والمشكلات المتعلقة بالموارد المالية، والمشكلات المتعلقة بالإدارة العليا، بينما جاءت بدرجة عالية جدا في محور المشكلات المتعلقة بأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي. كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة البحث من مديري المدارس بالمشكلات التي تواجههم في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر - أنثى) في محوري المشكلات المتعلقة بالعاملين في المدرسة، والمشكلات المتعلقة بالإدارة العليا ولصالح الذكور، بينما لم تظهر هذه الفروق في محوري المشكلات المتعلقة بالموارد المالية، والمشكلات المتعلقة بأولياء الأمور والمجتمع المحلي، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة البحث من مديري المدارس بالمشكلات التي تواجههم في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل الدراسي، سنوات الخبرة، والمرحلة التعليمية). The research aimed to identify the Problems facing school principals in managing educational crises in Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The research followed the descriptive correlative method, and the questionnaire was used to collect data and information, and it was applied to a sample of (112) School principals. The research reached several results, that there are problems facing school principals in managing educational crises in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, which came to a high degree overall, and also came to a high degree in the Felds of problems related to school employees, problems related to financial resources, and problems related to higher management, While it came to a very high degree in the focus of problems related to parents and the local community. The results also showed differences of statistical significance on the scale of (α≤0.05) in the average results of the sample in response to the questionnaire and this difference can be accredited to the variable of gender (male/female) in relation to the core of the problems relating to school employees and those relating to higher management and the difference was in favor of the males. Gender did not have any similar effect on the problems relating to financial resources, parents or the local community. In addition, there was no difference of statistical significance on the scale of (α ≤ 0.05) when it came to the variables of degree, years of experience, and level of education. (Published abstract)
