هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التدريسية التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولية المتعلقة بالمعلمة، والتلميذة، والمقررات الدراسية في مدينة حائل من وجهة نظر المعلمات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة من معلمات الصفوف الأولية، وعددهن (187) معلمة في المدارس الحكومية في مدينة حائل، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تم تطبيق استبانة إلكترونية لمعرفة المشكلات التدريسية التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولية تكونت من (29) فقرة موزعة على (3) محاور. المحور الأول يتعلق بالمعلمة يندرج تحته (10) عبارات، والمحور الثاني يتعلق بالتلميذة ويندرج تحته (10) عبارات، والمحور الثالث يتعلق بالمقررات الدراسية يندرج تحته (9) عبارات. تم التحقق من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها. أشارت النتائج إلى أن أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولية المتعلقة بالمعلمة هي أن المعلمات يواجهن صعوبة في مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين التلميذات، ويواجهن صعوبة في شرح المقرر؛ نظرا لازدحام التلميذات داخل الصف. أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى أن أبزر المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولية المتعلقة بالتلميذة هي الغياب المتكرر الذي يؤثر على التحصيل الدراسي، وضعف متابعة الأسرة للتلميذة دراسيا. كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه معلمات الصفوف الأولية المتعلقة بالمقررات الدراسية هي كثافة حجم المستوى بالنسبة لزمن دراسته، وكثرة التدريبات في الدرس الواحد. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها: عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمات حول استراتيجيات التدريس الحديثة التي تساعد على مراعاة الفروق الفردية بين التلميذات، وتعزيز التواصل بين المعلمات وأولياء الأمور من خلال عقد اللقاءات الدورية لمعالجة المشكلات التي تواجه التلميذات، وتطوير مقررات الصفوف الأولية بما يتناسب مع كل مرحلة عمرية والمواءمة بين عدد الدروس والوقت المخصص لها. The study aimed to identify the teaching problems facing the teachers of the primary grades related to the teacher, the student, and the courses in Hail city from the point of view of the teachers. The sample of the study consisted of a group of female teachers of the primary grades, (187) teachers in government schools in Hail city, and the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and an electronic questionnaire was applied to know the teaching problems facing the teachers of the primary grades. It consisted of (29) items distributed on (3) axes. The first axis relates to the female teacher, which includes 10 statements, the second axis relates to the female student, which includes 10 statements, and the third axis relates to the academic courses, which includes 9 statements. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. The results indicated that the most prominent problems faced by female teachers of the primary grades related to the female teacher are that the female teachers face difficulty in taking into account individual differences among female students, and they face difficulty in explaining the course, because the students are crowded in the classroom. The results also indicated that the most prominent problems facing the teachers of the primary classes related to the student are the frequent absence that affects the academic achievement, and the weak family follow-up of the female student. The results also indicated to the most prominent problems facing the teachers of the primary classes related to the courses, which are the density of the level size in relation to the study time, and the large number of exercises in one lesson. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: holding training courses for female teachers on modern teaching strategies that help to take into account the individual differences between female students, enhancing communication between female teachers and parents through holding periodic meetings to address the problems facing female students, and developing the curriculum of the primary grades to be suitable for each age stage and the harmonization between the number of lessons and the time allocated to them.
